• Evaluates the affected area(s).
• Identifies health and safety hazards to prevent personal injury to you and others occupying the area.
• Initiate steps to prevent further damage).
• Eliminates structural and content damage (including staining).
• Extracts water to control the growth of micro-organisms.
• Initiates and monitor drying equipment.
